Brief Guide: Working in Web3

"Web3 is about giving power back to the people, making the internet a more democratic place."

I've acted in and advised on countless contractual disputes and have seen a number of common themes that arise, especially in more web3 specific agreements. Unfortunately, many people who want to work in web3 don't have a great understanding of their risks and rights before signing contracts or otherwise entering into agreements.

I also recognise that many who enter into contracts in the web3 space don't have the funds available to seek professional legal advice before signing on the dotted line.

So, I've been working on this guide to help people understand what to think about when entering agreements in the web3 space and some suggestions to maximise their rights before something goes wrong.

This guide has taken a significant amount of time to prepare and is being released on a "pick your price" basis. If you're unable to contribute. you can still download the guide for free.

Any USDC, USDT and ETH contributions can be sent to: 0x4F3B08214800f7B1d4db56d180Db0A182Bc130ed

All contributions will allow me to spend time on future legal guides and document templates specific to the web3 space.
